Since 2000 Pat Knight has been crafting, restoring, and repairing custom firearms for overseas private collectors, military personnel, local law enforcement agencies, and hunting rifles for varmints to dangerous game. He is a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association, Chamber of Commerce of Florence, and a lifetime member of the Safari Club International.
For 16 years he was a S.W.A.T. sniper and departmental armorer. Once retired from the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office in 1999, his knowledge of firearms progressed into creating custom guns. Branching out from local Arizona gunsmiths to the Yavapai Gunsmithing School, his ability to deliver a finished product that not only exuberates the power to match what the customer desires but also stands unparallel to mainstream gun manufacturers. His attention to detail adds sophistication and class, raising the bar in custom firearm design.
In 2005, one of Pat's rifles (The Huntress) was auctioned for charity, raising more than $8000 through the Safari Club International. His superb craftsmanship and pride of detail has led his product to be in demand and recognized amongst many gun enthusiasts.
